Our Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Pharmacist can provide one on one consultations catered to your specific needs. This can include meter training, medication management, blood glucose monitoring, how to safely inject insulin, and more. yYoung’s CDE will also collaborate closely with your family physician or specialist in order to help you manage your diabetes.
yYoung offers daily injections of insulin by LPN’s for patients that are in need of these services due to their health conditions. Certain criteria must be met. Call or visit to speak with one of our pharmacists to see if this is right for you.
